The
Crescendo
House

As the name Crescendo means: “a noise or piece of music that gets louder and louder” or “the loudest point reached in a gradually increasing musical sound.”

The project was an intriguing exploration of natural materials, featuring teak wood and natural veneers. A blend of geometry and classical columns and wooden mouldings were utilized to break the dominancy and monotony of classical mouldings on the wall. The furniture pieces were finished in pastel shades and brass, providing a subtle yet striking matt gold touch.

The outcome was a testament to the successful experimentation with design elements and materials, showcasing the potential of Japandi-style interiors in creating tranquil spaces. Each bespoke furniture piece was uniquely crafted, and the 45-foot-long brass light fixture was a true epitome of excellence. The Zen loose furniture was gracefully designed to create a light and pleasing atmosphere in the living room. Altogether, the project was a case study in experimental design, showcasing the potentiality of materials and pushing the boundaries of house design.
